🏈 Just hours after last night’s Egg Bowl loss, Mississippi State starting quarterback Will Rogers is reportedly expected to enter the transfer portal.
🏈 Blue-chip 2025 quarterback George MacIntyre will make a trip to see LSU this weekend as one of the top uncommitted prospects in the country.
🏈 Will Dillon Gabriel play vs. TCU? It’s the biggest question of Friday’s college football slate with Oklahoma fighting for a Big 12 Championship spot.
The Depth Chart & Injury Report is the main section today with subsections on recruiting, transfer portal and NFL Draft info. Every newsletter includes an updated quarterback depth chart for all 133 FBS programs with notes on QB battles, injuries, roster movement and any other newsworthy items all year round.

WEEK 13 DEPTH CHART & INJURY REPORT
Not every team releases a depth chart or an injury report, but the depth charts reflect whatever the team releases during the week. I’ll add a few notes to provide more context to any QB injury or depth chart question.
Unlike the NFL, there is no consequence for teams to mislead on depth charts and injuries to potentially gain an advantage. Because of that, this will never be perfect, but I put in the time and research to make sure this is the most accurate resource for QB injury and depth chart news on the internet.
A few notes on my injury designations:
Questionable — Suffered an injury in the previous game or has yet to return from injury.
Probable — Had been injured but played and looked healthy in the previous game.
Out — No chance the player will be available.
A few notes on eligibility:
Players may play up to 4 games in a season without it counting toward a year of eligibility if they have a redshirt available.
2020 COVID season didn’t count toward a year of eligibility.
Years of eligibility shows years left heading into the 2023 season.
*Indicates redshirt is still available to use.
The top two quarterback options (more if they’re known) are in bold for all 133 FBS programs. The rest are sorted by years of eligibility remaining, followed by highest high school star rating from 247, On3 and Rivals.
Snap count info is via Pro Football Focus.

NOTES: Nov. 21, 2023 — Hoover is listed as the starter over Morris on this week’s depth chart for the first time all season. Morris entered in garbage time of Saturday’s 42-17 road win over Baylor after missing four consecutive games with a knee injury. He had been he starter prior to getting hurt, but expect Hoover to start again with bowl eligibility on the line.
NOTES: Nov. 24, 2023 — Gabriel is warming up prior to Friday’s game against TCU, according to The Oklahoman’s Ryan Aber. Nov. 21, 2023 — Head coach Brent Venables said Gabriel will be available this week if he continues to progress from an upper body injury suffered in the second quarter of Saturday’s 31-24 road win over BYU. Arnold played every snap the rest of the way and would make his first career start if Gabriel is unavailable.
NOTES: McNamara opened the season as the starter but is out for the season after suffering a torn ACL in September. In October, he announced he will be back in 2024.
