In Today’s Edition, you’ll get the latest updates on every quarterback room in the country. The first college football game kicks off 18 days from now with plenty of QB battles to be decided over the next few weeks.

A new QB Depth Charts & Injury Reports post is sent to subscribers every week, and these are updated daily on the site during the season. Information comes from a variety of team sources, press conferences and lots of reading. This will never be perfect, but I put in the time and research to make sure this is the most accurate resource for quarterback room news on the internet.

Every recruiting commit is included in the team sections to give you a look at the current and future quarterback rooms of every FBS program.

• 2020 COVID season didn’t count toward a year of eligibility.

• **Indicates player is serving an LDS mission OR attending service academy prep school. I assume service academy players are in the prep school until they’re listed on the roster.

Injury Designation Notes

• Probable — Player suffered an injury but finished the most recent game and looked reasonably healthy.

• Questionable — Player suffered an injury in the previous game and did not return OR has yet to return from an injury that forced him to miss the most recent game.

• Out — Player is out indefinitely or will miss the rest of the season.

McNamara can do every training phase and drill, according to Hawkeye Insider’s David Eickholt on July 16. He started the first five games of last year before a season-ending torn ACL on Sept. 30, 2023.
