In Today’s Edition, you’ll hear from four-star quarterback Matt Zollers, who committed to Missouri yesterday. Not only is this a massive win for the Tigers, but it’s a move that will have tons of ramifications to the rest of the QB market considering the teams and players involved no matter where he picked.

Also, it’s tough to do these days with how good recruiting coverage has become over the past couple decades, but plenty of us woke up on commitment day without a clear favorite for where Zollers would choose. This was an important QB domino to fall in the class, so expect more to follow soon. Husan Longstreet is the next big decision to watch for on April 14.

Jarret Nielsen

2025 3⭐ Jarret Nielsen (CA) will visit UCLA over the next week or two after picking up a Washington offer recently. He’s looking to see UConn with a San Jose State spring game visit on April 27 and a Hawaii official visit on June 7-8 with more OVs in the works. Nielsen is also being recruited for baseball, and the 2025 MLB Draft will have a big impact on his future in athletics. He’ll take an official visit to Utah baseball later this month.

Matt Zollers

2025 4⭐ Matt Zollers (PA) committed to Missouri over a group of finalists that also included Georgia, Penn State and Pitt. He saw all four programs over the past few weeks in addition to a late Alabama visit, but one of the most highly-rated quarterbacks in the class is off the board.

Jonas Williams

2026 4⭐ Jonas Williams (IL) is visiting Alabama today and added an LSU trip to his schedule on April 11 with Oklahoma on April 16. Williams’ stock has increased significantly recently with a number of power conference offers, highlighted by Ohio State, Oregon, Nebraska and Iowa within the last two weeks.

RECRUITING REPORT

Nathan Bernhard

2026 4⭐ Nathan Bernhard (OH) will visit West Virginia next Wednesday and added a trip to Michigan State on April 20. He remains in contact with a variety of programs and told me he’s likely at least a year away from closing in on a commitment. Bernhard recently added his 10th offer.
